Upon arrival, the warm welcome from the Schillé-Gisie family made us feel right at home, showcasing their genuine hospitality that’s hard to match. The rooms, while snug, were equipped with modern amenities that ensured a restful night after a day of exploring nearby vineyards. We were especially enchanted by the creative regional cuisine at the on-site restaurant—a culinary journey that beckons reservations, as it’s a local gem. After enjoying our sumptuous meal, which paired beautifully with the local wines we'd been advised to sample, we strolled through the tranquil village, appreciating the serenity away from the bustling tourist spots.
